□ 1.护照或国际旅行证件（信息页、签证页及入境签章页，居留许可信息页。）

1.The information page, visa page, entry signature page and residence permit information page of the passport or the international travel document.

□ 2.学位证原件及其认证原件

2.The original degree certificate and the original Notarial Certificate of Degree. (only for the first extension of the work permit)

□ 3.中英文聘用合同或任职证明原件

3.The original Chinese and English employment contract or other employment certification

□ 4.外国人工作许可证

5. Electronic ID photo（The photo should be taken within the past six months, with white background and facial features complete, no spots or flaws, in JPEG format, with size 40K-120k bytes, between 354 (width) * 472 (height) pixels and 420 (width) * 560 (hight) pixels.）

□ 6.博士后延期需要博士后入站证明
