The materials for the foreigner’s work permit notice

*所有外文材料都需要翻译件，并加盖翻译公司公章和学院公章

All foreign language materials need to be translated and stamped with the official seals of the translation company and college

*所有材料扫描件为彩色扫描并上交彩色打印件

The scanned copies of all materials are color scanned and color printed

材料包括：

The materials include:

□ 1.申请人护照或国际旅行证件信息页（护照有效期不得少于6个月）

1. The information page of applicant’s passport or international travel document (Period of validity may not be less than 6 months)

□ 2.工作资历证明和翻译件（要求：由申请人原工作过的单位出具从事与现聘用岗位相关的、不少于两年的工作经历证明，包括职位、工作时间，或曾经做过的项目，需申请人原工作单位加盖公章或负责人签字，并留有证明联系人有效电话或电子邮件）

2.Job qualifications certificate and translation (Requirements: the provided job experience should be issued by the applicant’s original work units, related to currently employed post and no less than 2 years, including position and work period. Should be sealed or signed by head of the unit, and accompanied by contact phone or E-mail address of the prove contact person.

□ 3.最高学位（学历）证书或相关批准文书、职业资格证明和翻译件（非中文证书应经我驻外使、领馆或由申请人获得学位（学历）所在国驻华使、领馆或我国学历认证机构认证，且需提供翻译件。港澳台地区亦须公证。最高学位境内获得仅需原件即可。）

3. Applicant’s highest degree certificate or relevant approval documents or professional qualification certificates and corresponding translation (Non-Chinese degree certificate should be certified by the Chinese embassies or consulates, and provide Chinese translation.)

□ 4.无犯罪记录证明和翻译件（应当由申请人国籍国或经常居住地警察、安全、法制等部门出具并经我驻外使、领馆认证或外国驻华使、领馆认证，且需中文翻译件。无犯罪记录签发时间应在六个月内）

4. Notarial Certificate of Non-criminal Record and translation (should be certificated by the Chinese embassies or consulates, and provide Chinese translation. Valid for six months from the date of issue.)

□ 5.体检证明（按照提供的体检表准备体检项目，体检日期在六个月内）

5. Certificates of physical examination (preparing the examination according to the template attached, valid for six months from the date of examination done)

□ 6.中英文聘用合同或任职证明（申请人签名，加盖单位公章，不得涂改，中英文合同需一致）

6. The Chinese and English employment contract or other employment certification (with applicant’s signature and official seal; not to be altered; the two version should be consistent with each other)

□ 7.中英文简历（按模板填写）

7.The CV both in English and Chinese（information can be provided according to the template）

□ 8.担保函（需院系盖章）

8. Guarantee Letter（should be stamped with the college badge）

□ 9.申请人6个月内正面免冠电子照（白色背景，40k-120k，不低于354（宽）*472（高）像素，不大于420（宽）*560（高）像素）

9. Applicant’s electronic color photo within 6 months (white background, 40k-120k, no less than 354*472 pixel, no more than 420*560 pixel)

□ 10.若有家属随行，需提供随行家属相关证明材料

包括：①关系证明（例如：妻子/丈夫结婚证明，子女出生证明）

②护照信息页

③体检证明（18周岁以上家属））

备注：妻子/丈夫结婚证明和子女出生证明需要公证书以及翻译件

10. If accompanied by family members, you need provide the related certification materials，which include:

① Relationship certificate(e.g. wife/husband marriage certification, son/daughter birth certification)

② The information page of the passport

③ The physical examination of adults

Note：Either wife/husband marriage certification or son/daughter birth certification requires notarizations and translations.
