The course "Health Economics and Health Policy" aims to assess the value of health interventions and introduce the policy decision-making process for improving health. The course mainly includes two parts: an introduction to the method of health economic analysis and a case interpretation of the public policy formulation of aging. With the deepening of population aging, how should our economic thinking and health policy accompany the transformation of socio-economic system, aging structure and depth, and accordingly change and develop coping strategies? Interpret the public policy response to the current population aging, and analyze the current health policies of various countries and the space for policy optimization of health policies. At the same time, the research methods of health economics are discussed around cost-outcome analysis, the value of statistical lifespan and case studies; and through case studies, the comparison of health decision-making, international health policy, prevention and health policy, and health system is carried out.
